Incredibly unprofessional and incompetent

Jack Wolfe claimed to represent my insurance company (without providing any documentation that this claim is even true) and has been harassing me for months for information about an accident that occurred almost 3 years ago. I was determined at the scene to be not at fault. I already provided all requested information in formal, written statement to the state police. He was rude, unprofessional and clearly incompetent. PEMCO made a horrible mistake in retaining him to collect the debt from the at-fault party. Anyone considering doing business with him or his company should look elsewhere. I will be filing a restraining order if his harassment continues and urge other victims of his business practices to do the same.

I have tryd dealing with jack wolf as well. I understand the laws but he refused any offer to settle my drivers licence issue !!

Making the debt over several years impossible to catch up. This happened even after several payments were made!! Aaaa is a joke!! Jack wolf is incompetent!!

And even worst. Has no compasion.

Medical problem should over see debts. With 4 back surgerys and a broken back this jerk still called and harrassed me for payments!!!

Daughters Textbooks

Jack claims my daughter didn't return textbooks to Emerson High School; when I asked him to submit itemized list as I had no idea what this was about. Never received, but keeps calling and me?... I keep hitting "ignore" on my phone! BTW... daughters has no textbooks except current ones. Also, never heard of a public school contacting a collection agency! umm.... this site requires reviews be a minimum of 100 words, so I'm filling up space. Still filling up space. And yet again. Once more? This has to be enough by now! Peter Piper picked a peck of pickled peppers; wouldn't you like to be a pepper too?

Blatantly, Ludicrously, ILLEGAL

Went to get my WA ID, asked about my WDL 6/5/2013, was told there was a $15000. judgment against me I had to clear up. This was my first notice of a "legal action" commenced in 2005. AAAA claims to have served "Jane Doe" at an address I never lived at while I was VERIFIABLY in a different county, but they are in a "Good 'Ole Boys" relationship with Issaquah's Judge Nault, who made up laws, occurrences, court rules, and everything to support an illegal judgment. Judgment fails under III;& Vth; Amnd WA. ***; Vth; VIth; V111th and XIV Amendments US Const, as well as RCW's and court rules. AAAA - and any collector - is well aware this violates every rule, but says "no matter what you do or file that judge is not even going to hear your claim".....they were right. Jack Wolfe - the owner - was famous from back in the 80's for his shoddy collection practices, outright and constant FDCPA violations, and fraudulent information gathering practices, clearly nothing has changed.

Were you able to get this taken care of? Im in a very similar situation with AAAA Inc. and i am finding a way to get my $16,000 that i've been paying for since 2010.

How is that working? THey fordged my husbands name on a document while he was incarserated.

They keep taking money they said he owed.

They claimed he owed over 12,000. He has already paid over 10,000 and it shows he still owes over 13,000.
